Meet Amanda

My name is Amanda Kapci, I am the founder of Elite Estate Concierge.

I have been working with families for almost 30 years. My drive and passion comes from a long line of entrepreneurs who instilled a strong sense of work ethic and integrity in me. Making successful professional matches is my passion and what I was truly born to do. I love people! I love networking and will never give up on a task. I follow every task I take on to full completion. I am an excellent communicator, leader and business owner. I built my first business, The Nanny Concierge, from the ground up with $500 in my pocket to be one of the most successful and highly sought after nanny placement agencies in the country. My placement process is extremely thorough, personalized and successful.

When I'm Not working....

I am a busy mom of 4 girls. My daughters are my whole world. I love being a mom above everything else. I love to be active (running, hiking, swimming). I am a driven business owner who can often get bored and restless. I like to move quickly and think later! I rode horses and showed them competitively for many years when I was growing up.

Hi! I’m Leilani, the Administrative Assistant at Elite Estate Concierge! I have years of experience doing administrative work, marketing, and customer service. I love helping people! My studies of Business Management have given me the skills and knowledge I need to succeed in my role at Elite Estate Concierge! I look forward to assisting our clients and learning from our amazing CEO, Amanda.

When I am not working I am adventuring with my husband and our daughter. I love to explore new places, cook, bake, read, and take trips to the beach with my family!
