What to expect- Our Process
Elite Estate Concierge takes a professional and personalized approach to household staff placements. We take the time to get to know you and your needs in order to match you with the best candidates for YOU! Phone Call: We will schedule a FREE 30 minute phone call to hear about what you are ideally looking for, address any questions/concerns, and tell you more about The Elite Estate Concierge process and philosophy.

In home interview: Our founder, Amanda will meet with you in your home or over a Zoom call to discuss your ideal candidate.
3.
Elite Staffing Candidates: EEC will send you staff profiles that only meet the expectations and requirements of your position.
4.
Second Round Interviews: Our Elite Estate Staffing Coordinator will take care of scheduling each of your interviews for you and will make sure you have all of the necessary resources for your interviews. Our team will be with you every step of the way, so you’re never alone!
5.
Working Interviews: This is a time for the staff and employer to make sure it’s going to be a positive match.
6.
Offer Made: EEC will draft an offer of employment to the staff of your choosing.
7.
Concierge Service: After we place your staff, EEC is still available for unlimited questions, thoughts, and encouragement! We will continue to provide your family with an Elite level of service for years to come!
